Mr.Suhas Basakhetre is a celebrated name in the industry with an experience of over 30 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management. After having spent 8 years in Consultancy field, he decided to pursue his dream and started his own co. in the name of Prompt Personnel Pvt. Ltd. in 1997. Several organizations seek Mr. Basakhetre’ s valuable advice regarding HR & Employee Relations issues. He has helped several SMEs in smoothly managing internal conflicts and maintaining solid industrial relations. His active participation in various wage negotiations with unions has been of great help for many. Similarly with his strong academic knowledge on Compliances in Labour Laws, he has been engaged as an Advisor by many Mid-Size, as well as large organisations. Mr. Basakhetre has successfully represented several organizations before the Labour Commissioner, Regional PF Commissioner, and Regional ESI Director.

He was a member of the managing committee of ESI, PF and Industrial Law Practitioners Association (EPILPA).

As the Convener of the Mumbai Chapter for Executive Recruiters Association (ERA), he conducted various workshops, interactive sessions and a national conference. Consequently, his chapter was recognized as the ‘Best Chapter’ among eight Chapters across India.
