CS Rahul Sahasrabuddhe is an FCS and Post Graduate in Commerce. He has worked with NSDL, NSE, B & K Securities, Emkay Global and CLSA. He is founding Partner at SPRS And Co, Company Secretaries specialized in Corporate and Securities Laws litigation matters.

He was one of the Two “Professional Expert Members” on the Board of Studies (BOS), St. Xavier’s College, University of Mumbai.

He has authored columns in newspapers and magazines on varied subjects including Law and Finance.

He is regular speaker at various programs conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and St. Xaviers’ Management Institute.

He was the Chairman of Thane Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)for the years 2012 to 2015. He was a Member Managing Committee Centre for Corporate Governance Research and Training (CCGRT), ICSI for the year 2018.

Currently, he is the Chairman of Western India Region of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (WIRC of ICSI).
